Day 1. Settle In. Breathe. Move.
Pick up is in Ubud, the cultural heart of Bali. Enjoy your first glass of fresh ginger and lemongrass tea as you settle into your bungalow. Get ready for your first Strength and Stretch session. Move. Breathe. Feel EmPowered. Dinner is Balinese style at our dining table in the rice fields. You will wonder how such wickedly delicious food gets to be so healthy. Our nights are quiet. After dinner you may choose to head off to the privacy of your bungalow or embrace the peace of our village in a meditation session. Sleep comes easily.
Day 2. Power Up.
We start the day with meditation and yoga. No distractions from the outside world. Breakfast is not to be rushed, it’s a tropical delight. Fuelled up, it’s time to trek to our secret waterfall and take in local life.The ravines are steep, the views are sensational. Lunch followed by a short rest is well deserved before powering up in another Strength and Stretch session. The afternoon is for rejuvenating massages. We finish the day with another delicious dinner. It’s been a big day. We need an early night to get ready for an early start tomorrow.
Day 3. Spiritual Power.
Today we spend time with the renowned Authentic Balinese Spiritual Healer and Teacher Mr. Ketut Arsana. Experience the healing power of yoga at his studio in Ubud. Further the healing with a Body Treatment with the Guru (book in after the class). Then it’s free time in Ubud. Join us for brunch at our favourite café or spend time exploring. We return home in time for dinner and a blissful sleep ready for an early start tomorrow.
Day 4. “The Hardest Paths Lead To The Most Beautiful Views”.
We trek by torchlight to the summit of Mt Batur volcano arriving in time for sunrise. We walk on steep footpaths, led by our very experienced and helpful local trek guides. They are there to give you a hand up if you need it. We have time to relax at the top; it’s not a race. Soaking in the lakeside Hot Springs are our reward. As we unwind and let the spring’s healing powers do their work we make promises to be kind to ourselves more often. We return home for lunch and an afternoon of rest and delicious facials using only fresh ingredients. A Repair and Reset session for joints and hiking muscles balances out the day. Reflect on your day over dinner, you will have a great sense of achievement and some amazing photos to share!
Day 5. Deep Power & Strength.
Breathe and stretch your way through a series of yoga, movement, breathwork and meditation sessions today. The session are unique and inspiring…. think YogaRiffic Movement; Deep Healing Breathwork; EmbodiiMovement and more. It’s a day of EmPowerment.
Day 6. EmPowerment.
Be grateful for all you have experienced. Reflect on what you have achieved, been inspired by, the people who shared in the experience. Double up on our famous banana pancakes at a leisurely farewell breakfast. Pack your bag full of memories, and feelings of EmPowerment. It’s time to head back to Ubud.
